iFixit - the free repair manual that you can edit.

You're sitting at home, on your couch listening to the iPod you got for christmas. Luckily for you its just past its warranty and decides to stop working. You call the store, no luck, Looks like its not getting fixed... or is it?

iFixit is a great new website devoted to self-repair. They help thousands of people repair their devices every day.

Because companies like Apple don't provide repair parts and documentation to end users, iFixit does. They believe everyone should have the right to maintain and repair their products.

  2. I have that site bookmarked because I'm in the middle of the jungle and when stuff breaks there's no Best Buy to run crying to. It has its ups and downs....

I see you are just starting out, but I like what I see so far. Keep posting every day and I will continue to follow you! Pura Vida from Costa Rica!

  6. iFixit is definitely really cool! I wish that their data base included more items, but they cover most major ones.
